This Refund Policy explains how and when refunds are issued for eligible purchases made on our Website. Please read carefully to understand our process and conditions.

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are granted:

• For cancelled orders under the Cancellation Policy;
• For returned items that pass our quality inspection;
• For defective products when replacement is not available.

2. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

Refunds are not automatic and are subject to verification.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and confirm whether the refund is approved or denied.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days.

🕒 Note: It may take additional time for your bank/credit card provider to process and post the refund.

3. TRANSACTION FEES

In case of cancellations or returns, any applicable transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. REFUND TIMELINE

• We aim to process approved refunds within 14 working days of confirmation.

• Refunds may be issued to your bank account or original payment method. The choice of mode rests with Damndeal.

• We will process refunds within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.

• Please ensure to follow our return instructions to facilitate a smooth refund process.

5. NO REFUNDS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

• Product was damaged due to repair attempts by unauthorized third parties;
• Product was used, altered, or not returned in original condition;
• Return request was based solely on preference (e.g., color/size dissatisfaction) unless covered under return eligibility;
• The item was custom-made or personalized;
• No valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, order confirmation).

Note: This list is not exhaustive. Damndeal reserves the right to final decision on refund eligibility.
