RETURNS POLICY

Welcome to Damndeal!

We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be instances when you may wish to return a Product. This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns and exchanges of Products purchased through our Website.


1. RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you wish to return a Product or exchange it for any reason, you may do so within seven (7) days of receiving your order. To qualify, the Product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition;
  • Be returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

2. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Products showing signs of use, tampering, or post-delivery damage by the Consumer;
  • Items purchased outside Damndeal’s Website;

3. INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To start a return/exchange, email return@damndeal.in with the subject line:
"[CREDIT/EXCHANGE] Notification | Order No. [INSERT ORDER NUMBER]"

Include:

  • Your full name and registered email address;
  • Order number and purchase date;
  • Product name and ID (if available);
  • Reason for return/exchange;
  • Supporting documents or images (if applicable).

Note: Non-compliant requests may be rejected.


4. EXCHANGE TIMELINE

If your return is eligible and exchange is approved:

Exchange and returned product will be delivered within 21 business days.


5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged Product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Defective Product = Manufacturing flaw preventing proper function.
Minor imperfections not affecting usage are not covered.

Steps to Report:

Email return@damndeal.in with subject line:
"Defective Product Notification | Order No. [INSERT ORDER NUMBER]"

Include:

  • Full name and registered email address;
  • Order number and purchase date;
  • Product name and ID (if available);
  • Description of the defect/damage;
  • Clear photo/video evidence.

Upon review, at our discretion, we may:

  • Issue a full refund (less applicable fees); or
  • Exchange the item (subject to availability).

We may request the defective product be returned as part of the process.


6. QUALITY CHECK

Returned items are inspected before finalizing exchange eligibility. Products that show misuse, intentional damage, or damage beyond our control may be rejected.
